The ideal winter stay
“My stay on Bay Ave for the winter was a very enjoyable one. Waking up and eating breakfast while being able to see the ocean from the kitchen window, being a stone’s throw from the beach for walks, and seeing the beach as I came down over the hill after my daily commute made my stay something I won’t soon forget.

The landlords were very helpful, understanding, and quick to address any issues or requests I had, no matter how bizarre or inconvenient. They are truly the ideal landlords for any renters not looking to deal with a leasing company, but that instead want a personable human interaction.“

“We rent the entire house each summer—three apartments, one for each branch of the family. Grandparents stay in Suite B on the ground floor, while we and our kids spread out across A and C. It’s the perfect setup for an unforgettable vacation: beach days just steps away, shared meals on the deck, and evening lobster feasts. The cousins love the rides and arcades in Old Orchard Beach, and we love that it’s close to everything but quiet at night. We’ll be back again next year!”
