The Coast in Its Quiet Season

From September through May, all three suites rent by the month. The summer crowds have gone home, the beach is nearly empty, and the apartments are fully set up, so you arrive with a suitcase ( and linens) and start living. All utilities are included.

Suite A

Our largest suite, over two levels with two bedrooms upstairs and the most privacy on the property. Sleeps 4 in summer. Winter stays September through May at $2,000 per month, all utilities included.

Ground floor with no stairs, two bedrooms, a private deck with ocean views and a bonus room with a desk. Sleeps 4 in summer. Winter stays September through May at $2,200 per month, all utilities included.

Suite C

Upstairs with a private balcony over the beach and three rooms, two of them connecting. Sleeps 5 in summer. Winter stays September through May at $2,100 per month, all utilities included.

Rent the Whole House

Three apartments under one roof, each with its own kitchen, bath and entrance. Summer weeks run Saturday to Saturday, June through August, and groups taking all three suites book first.

Waking up and eating breakfast while being able to see the ocean from the kitchen window, being a stone’s throw from the beach for walks, and seeing the beach as I came down over the hill after my daily commute made my stay something I won’t soon forget.

    The landlords were very helpful, understanding, and quick to address any issues or requests I had, no matter how bizarre or inconvenient. They are truly the ideal landlords for any renters not looking to deal with a leasing company, but that instead want a personable human interaction.    “
